Hands down a great company! We called the night before and we’re out the next day and fixed all our septic needs. Very professional and answered all questions during the process and honest! We will use them from now on for all our septic needs!!

I had called the usual company that I’ve used in the past. No answer for 2 days, and a friend recommended I call Josh at Underground Septic. I rang them around 2pm and they were out first thing the next morning. The BEST customer service. Josh was so thorough. He showed me where the issues were and how to fix them, He dug up the back part of the tank (no one has done that since I’ve lived here), and showed me why there were problems. An upside down pipe! He fixed it in no time. He and his team were just so efficient, and I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your septic issues. Excellent work, and excellent customer service.

Josh was incredible. We had a back up on Labor Day weekend and he was quick to respond and get us out of a bind. We ended up needing a little more then just a septic pump and he was very reasonable, polite, hard working and I would call him back anytime I had a problem. Very dependable can’t say enough about him and his worker. Giving up their time so we could continue with ours!! Thanks again for a job well done!

Josh and his team are amazing. They were easy to contact and schedule to come out. What we thought was just a full septic needing changed ended up being a bad pump and a clogged line on top of full tank, but they explained what needed to be done and got it fixed and pumped. His team is nice, easy going, and quick. I cant even tell where they dug the septic out they covered it so well. We will most definitely recommend to friends and family.

These guys are the absolute best! They came out early on Memorial Day Jetted our lines, (which finally fixed our problems I had been trying to fix myself for 2 days) and we’re gone in an hour! Saved our Memorial Day gathering for later in the day. Thank you Underground Services! Highly recommended this team.
