We hired Underground Septic to come install new field lines. The crew are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me everything and went above and beyond to get the job done correctly and quickly. Really professional company, I would highly recommend them for any septic job.

They were able to come out a day earlier than expected which was awesome. They were very personable and open about the issues I was needing dealt with and what it would take to fix them. It cost a little more than I was expecting but that was not their fault. The issue was just more complicated than what I thought it was. Very nice people and seem very knowledgeable.

Underground septic was amazing! They were responsive and available on short notice for an emergent issue with our septic system. The guys were very professional and communicated what they were doing at all times. They discussed options vs outcomes with us and let us know what they would cost prior to performing any services. I was very anxious when i called Underground Septic. They were very friendly and the next day on a Saturday, they came to my house and pumped my septic tank and than on Monday, replace the pump system. I appreciated the fast service and their professionalism.

Josh got back to me the same day as when I called, got me an appointment quick, he was on time and gave me a courtesy phone call when he was on the way. He pumped out our septic, jetted our lines, and replaced some old sewage pipes. They can do it all. Very professional! Would recommend them to anyone!

Josh was very professional did an excellent job cleaning out my septic tank showed up on the date and time he said he would highly recommend this company!

I called yesterday and Josh was out first thing this morning, despite the storm last night. He was very professional and quick. We needed our septic tank pumped. He gave us his opinions on what upgrades we would benefit from when we add on next year. He was knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could understand. He also spoke with my husband on the phone to explain everything to him. My young kids were watching him and he was very friendly and engaged with them. He even let one of the girls scoop some dirt into the hole. His customer service and that of this company in general were superb! I highly recommend them not just for cost but for professionalism and courtesy!

Quickest, friendliest, and yet most reasonable pricing for the service you can ask for. I found them online, contacted the owner josh. They were very respectful, showed up the next the, and gave us so expert advise and education regarding our issues. Fixed the problem quickly. We couldn’t ask for a better service. Great service. Great price. You not gonna find any better.
